Order Cancellation

You’ve got a 30-minute window from the time you place your order to cancel, for any reason. This period is our way of giving you peace of mind. Made a decision too quickly? No worries, we’ve got you covered. Please refer over to are cancel order policy for more information

Priority + Insured Shipping

If you've selected Priority + Insured shipping, you will be given the option to have your order reshipped or refunded if the order is lost in transit.

If you ordered using "Free Shipping" or "Priority Processing" we will reship your package if it is lost during transit.

Lost/Missing Packages

Helapure™ is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error, we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.

Customs

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Shipping Time

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

  • Max delivery time: 20 business days.

This doesn’t include our 2-3 day processing time.

All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays.

Tracking Information

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. However, sometimes due to free shipping, tracking may not be available.

If your tracking says “No Information Available at the Moment,” some shipping companies take 2-5 business days for tracking information to update in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no tracking update, please contact us at Support@helapure.com.
